1. The subject of the order is the supply of desktop computers, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for organizational units of the University of Gdańsk with option rights. 2. The order includes the delivery of desktop computers at the place indicated by the Ordering Party quantity: 1) for basic order: 19 desktop computers, 2) for an order covered by the option right: a maximum of 19 desktop computers. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 30213300-8 (desktop). 4.The ordering party has the possibility of exercising the option right to increase the quantity of equipment ordered under the basic order, on the terms and in the manner described below: 1) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of commissioning partial orders to the Contractor within the limits of the law option within the term of the contract by submitting to the Contractor a written declaration of will to activate the option, specifying the quantity and type of equipment indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the contract, 2) value of equipment ordered under the option right will be consistent with the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the contract, 3) exercising the option right does not constitute a change to the contract, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party, if the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right - the decision to execute the order covered by the option right is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, 4) provisions of the draft contract (attached...
