The delivered item should be brand new, unused, first quality, and meet the quality requirements. specified by the manufacturer of a given product and the Ordering Party and guarantees safety, functionality and reliability of use within the scope of its intended use.3. The subject of the order within a given product item should be the same in terms of type, type, features, model and manufacturer.4.
