The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of dental units (7 pieces) with accessories enabling full use of all possibilities and functionalities of the subject of the contract for the needs of the Provincial Specialist Team in Rzeszow. Equipment offered to himit is brand new, it is not reconditioned, used, ex-exhibition, it is complete and it is not necessary to purchase additional elements and accessories to start it and use it as intended. The offered equipment must be a medical device approved for marketing and use in Polandin accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) List of technical parameters 2) Designed provisions of the public procurement contract - constituting annexes to the SWZ and available in separate files.
