"DELIVERY OF DENTAL ASSORTMENTS" 1. The subject of the order is the supply of dental assortment (CPV: 33.19.00.00-8) for the needs of Copernicus Podglądleczniczy Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk, which contains a detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities Assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to SWZ (Parts 1-17). 2. Subject of the order specified in part No. 1-17 regarding sales. 3. By completing the items in the "Describe yes/no" column, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party - if applicable. 4. The maximum delivery time for a partial order is up to 5 business days taking into account further provisions in the SWZ. The delivery deadline is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 5. The offered items of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with with applicable law. 6. The offered items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from defects in materials, construction and legal. 7. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended) - if applicable. 8.
