1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new van type van with a GVW of up to 3, 500 kg along with a type 1 bodywork in the quantity of 1 piece for the needs of the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Biaymstok.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (including technical parameters of the car and other requirements regarding the development of the cargo space) are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
