3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a delivery vehicle adapted to transport people.3.2. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order has not been divided into parts. Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1a to SWZ.3.4. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of equivalent offers for individual items of the subject of the contract. The offer is equivalent to an item with the same or better technical, qualitative and functional parameters that meet the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. in such a case, the Contractor is obliged to present, together with the offer, a detailed specification which will clearly show the Ordering Party that the offered product range has the same technical, quality and functional parameters in relation to the product range specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order.
