The subject of the order is the supply of defined servomechanisms for the avionics system for the construction of a 1:1 scale technology demonstrator as part of the project entitled An unmanned aerial surface platform using the near-surface support effect operations of Special Forces in maritime areas financed by NCBiR for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of the Gdańsk University of Technology. As part of the basic order: 6 pieces of servomechanisms (the delivery will be made once). As an option: 2 pieces (successively).2. The subject of the order includes, among others: a) transport of the subject of the contract to the place designated by the Ordering Party and its insurance until it is collected by the Ordering Party without any reservations; b) the subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order; c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for use, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to no rights of third parties; d) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee of at least 12 months.3.
