Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of devices: Task 1: Delivery of defibrillators Task 2: Delivery of external massage devices Task 3: Delivery of electrocardiographs with a trolley (hereinafter referred to as hardware), described in detail in the List of Required Features i Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.Purchase by the Ordering Party equipment referred to in section 1 will be made under the contract AGREEMENT No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan for the project "Development and modernization of cardiology in the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" (hereinafter referred to as an agreement to cover the project with support from the development plan). 3. If the description of the subject of the order includes references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systems references referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described.
