The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment by the Contractor, including: Within the scope of task 1 - Delivery of defibrillators; Within the scope of task 2 - Supply of infusion pumps; Within the scope of task 3 - Delivery of infusion pumps; (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.
