In addition to VRT's own resources, VRT relies on external resources market for the production and installation of sets based on an existing VRT design. The aim of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with several contractors. If there is a specific need, a mini-competition will be organized within this framework agreement organized. The framework agreement aims to build a portfolio of suitable parties that are eligible for orders for the production of sets in external workshops, including delivery and installation in a set. During the term, the selected parties communication about the specific assignments that fall under this lot. Participation in a mini-competition is not mandatory.
