Delivery of a decontamination container with equipment to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a decontamination container to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa, together with equipment. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the minimum requirements constitutes Annex No. 1 to the terms of reference. 3. The Contractor is obliged to clearly define the container offered in the offer, characterizing it by indicating a specific product (brand/model/type/symbol/marking or other data allowing identification of the offered container). 4. Required uniform warranty period for the complete container with equipment: minimum 24 months (assessment criterion offers). The maximum scored warranty period is 60 months. 5. The terms of the guarantee and warranty are specified in § 4 of the draft contract. 6. The warranty period will be equal to the warranty period granted by the Seller for the container and its equipment. 7. The documents required with the delivery of the subject of the order are specified in § 3 section 16 of the draft contract and in OPZ. 8. The Contractor undertakes to conduct training for max. 10 employees of the Ordering Party in the field of operation and maintenance of the item orders. 9. Place of order fulfillment - delivery to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa, ul. Sabinowska 62/64. 10.
