Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the acquisition of rights to updates and new versions of software for existing Microsoft SQL Server licenses and the purchase of new Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core licenses (or in the scope of the purchase of new software licenses equivalent), along with the rights to updates and new versions of the manufacturer's software for a period of 36 months, in the scope of the following two items: Item 1, acquisition of rights to updates and new versions of the Microsoft SQL Server software under the Software program Assurance (SA) for existing licenses (6 pcs). Item 2 purchase of new perpetual licenses of Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core or an equivalent solution with rights to updates and new versions of the software (L+SA) (4 pcs).2. Detailed scope of services and the Contractor's obligations are specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the Draft Provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
