Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes successive deliveries of dairy products for the needs of Szpital Gogowskiego sp. z o.o.2. The assortment, estimated quantities and quality requirements regarding the subject of the order are detailed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, assortment and quantity specification. The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.3. The subject of the order is one indivisible task covering 45 product items.4. Deliveries of the subject of the order will be made successively, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party, based on the orders placed by the Ordering Party.5. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., unless the Parties agree on a different date for a specific delivery.6. Orders will be placed by telephone or via e-mail by persons authorized by the Ordering Party. The order may specify in particular the type, quantity and delivery date of the ordered product.7.
