The subject of the order are successive deliveries at the Contractor's expense and risk of dairy products to the Penitentiary in Przemyśl and the External Department in Medyka according to the list: 1. Granulated milk 400 kg, 2. Processed cheese 650 kg, 3. Thick curd 350 kg. Subject of the order must comply with Polish standards transposing European standards or standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing these standards, or parameters relating to these standards. From an organoleptic point of view, the delivered products should have appropriate color, taste, smell and must be free from physical, mechanical and chemical contamination. Labeling requirements: Products must be labeled in accordance with the standard and applicable sanitary law. Each transport packaging must contain: labels containing at least the following data: product name, net weight or number of pieces in the package, name and address of the supplier-producer, country of origin, storage conditions, packaging date, expiration date and other information in accordance with applicable law for a given product category.
