Tender Details

Delivery of dairy products for Military Unit No. 6021. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended). The proceedings are conducted as follows: open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the supply of dairy products. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 15500000-3 Dairy products A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 1, 1.1., No. 5 and No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with product and price specification, Description of the subject of the order and Draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification for the lack of division into parts: division procurement of parts could pose a risk of restricting competition or excessive procurement costs. The need to coordinate the activities of different Contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize proper performance orders. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party envisages awarding a basic (guaranteed) order and possible orders under the Option Right.
