Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of Package No. 1 of dairy products for SPZOZ in Sanok, ul. 800-lecia 262. A detailed description, scope and size of the subject of the order as well as the terms of execution of the order are included in the form of the subject of the order, price constituting Annex No. 2 and the contract template constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 3. The contractor will offer a 60-day payment period from the date of issuance of the correct VAT invoice and will offer a period of price stability throughout the duration of the contract.4. If the Contractor finds that the content of the SWZ (including annexes), to the extent related to the description of the subject of the order, mentions a trademark, patent or origin, source or a specific process characterizing a specific product, it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by word: or equivalent.
