Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of dairy products for the needs of the Provincial Hospital. Dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (product and price form), in which provided the quantity of the subject of the order and a description of the subject of the order. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order were also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting: Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The Ordering Party will not divide the order into parts due to the fact that deliveries from one supplier at a fixed time will save time and costs when placing orders and accepting a given product range. Due to the nature of the subject of the order (food products) and the frequency of deliveries, if the order is divided into parts, the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could seriously will jeopardize the proper execution of the order.
