The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of 1 piece of new, unused CT device incl. accessories. The subject of the public contract includes, among other things: - dismantling and ecological disposal of the existing CT device, - implementation of the necessary construction modifications of the premises for the location of the complete technology of the offered device, - provision of warranty service for a period of 2 years, - provision of post-warranty service for a period of 6 years, - free loan of a mobile "container" CT device for the duration of the implementation subject of performance.
