4.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of crushed aggregate with a granulation of 0-31.5 mm, i.e. purchase together with loading, transport and unloading of aggregate on roads in the commune of Jzefw nad Wis. 4.2. The scope of delivery includes: a) BASIC SCOPE: Successful delivery 3 000 tons of crushed aggregate with a granulation of 0-31.5 mm in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the entire commune of Jzefw nad Wis, with the minimum total amount of services being 200 tons/day. b) SCOPE COVERED BY THE OPTION RIGHT: Successive delivery of up to 2, 000 tons of crushed aggregate with granulation 0-31.5 mm in the place indicated by the Ordering Party throughout the commune of Jzefw nad Wis.4.2.1. The delivered aggregate will have certificates or manufacturer's declarations confirming compliance with the PN-EN 13242+A1:2010 standard or equivalent for aggregates roadworks, which must be delivered to the Ordering Party after the conclusion of the contract.4.2.2. The aggregate will be delivered by self-unloading vehicles in the quantity and place indicated by the Ordering Party (in the Jzefw nad Wis Commune).4.2.3.
