1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 15 sets. crawler excavators in accordance with the order documents. 2. The description of the subject of the order and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Operational and Technical Requirements (WET). 3. Type (range), and the quantity of the subject of the order, specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Price form. 4. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Operational and Technical Requirements (WET), as well as in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract (hereinafter PPU). 5. The terms of execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Delivery of crawler excavators 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 15 sets. crawler excavators in accordance with the order documents. 2. Terms of order fulfillment specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right.
