Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a crawler excavator with accessories and a transport trailer. Main subject: CPV 43260000-3 Excavators, excavators, loaders, and mining machines CPV 34223370-0 Trailers with tippers2. All devices must be brand new (year of production 2026), unused, unrefurbished (no refurbished) and also from mass production, taking into account the configuration options provided by the manufacturer for the offered equipment model. 3. The order is carried out as part of the Program Civil Protection and Civil Defense for the years 2025-2026, will ensure increased effectiveness when acting in crisis situations, e.g. construction disasters, water supply infrastructure failures, road passability during evacuations.4. The subject of the order has been described in detail specified in Annex No. 6 to the specifications of the contract terms.5.
