DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order includes the basic order and the optional order referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The order was not divided into parts because the essence of this project is delivery network switches along with the implementation and provision of equipment warranty, which for the safety and implementation of this project should be carried out by the same Contractor.2. The subject of the basic order is: 1) delivery to the headquarters The Ordering Party purchases two types of switches dedicated to handling traffic in a data processing center, from one manufacturer, hereinafter referred to as "Equipment", in the following quantities: a) Switch Type 1 - 20 pieces with the necessary software guaranteeing the functionality required by the Ordering Party specified in the OPZ, b) Type 2 switch - 12 pieces along with the necessary software guaranteeing the functionality required by the Ordering Party specified in the OPZ, 2) implementation of the Equipment, consisting in configuration of the delivered Equipment with the Ordering Party's infrastructure in accordance with the requirements described in the OPZ, 3) preparation and delivery of as-built documentation for the implementation of the Equipment, in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ, 4) providing a guarantee and warranty for delivered Equipment, on the terms specified in the OPZ, for a period of at least 36 months (in accordance with the Contractor's Offer - the Warranty Period is the criterion for evaluating the offers), counted from the date of signing the Implementation Acceptance Protocol...
