Tender Details

The subject of the contract is delivered to the control and research equipment, in terms of and quantity in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ. The subject of the order was divided into two parts:

part 1 - delivery of the spectrophotometer

part 2 - delivery of an incubator with cooling

1.Orders is the supply of control and research equipment, i.e. a spectrophotometer, in terms of and quantity in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.

2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No.3 to SWZ.

3. The Contractor will be obliged to: 1) transport the subject of the contract to the buildings of the Ordering Party in Kielce;

2) bringing the subject of the contract to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party;

3) installation, installation and launch of the subject of the contract at the headquarters of the Ordering Party;

4)Training for two employees of the Employer in the field of use and service of the subject of the contract

5) provision of the warranty service during the warranty period and warranty, on the terms set out in the contract.

4. The warranty period and warranty for the delivered devices is min. 24 months.
