1. The subject of the order is the supply of control and measurement equipment (AKP) and specialized tools for C-295M and M28B/PT aircraft with GLASS COCKPIT avionics, in the scope of 6 tasks: Task No. 1 - AC21898180 hydraulic tester, Task No. 2 - PROBE Scanner KIT SUB-8-64. Task No. 3 - Propeller dynamic balancing kit 915-18205 VXP/EVXP KIT. Task no. 4 - MPS43B portable automatic tester. Task No. 5 - AVX-10K CNS KIT Tester (IFR4000/6000 COMBO). Task No. 6 - Test device with a kit. Description part of the order is included in Annex No. 4 - "Detailed price offer for task No. 1 - 6". A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are presented in: - appendix No. 3 - "Drafted provisions of the contract" - appendix No. 4 - "Detailed price offer for task no. 1 - 6" - appendix No. 6 - "Description of the subject of the order". The Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 257 of the Act provides for the invalidation of the contract award procedure as a result of failure to award public funds to the Ordering Party order fulfillment. 2. Delivery will be made within: start: immediately after signing the contract, completion: 200 days from the conclusion of the contract, no longer than by October 30, 2026.
