1. The subject of the order is the supply of contrast agents, materials and products for renal replacement therapy, divided into packages: Package No. I contrast agents /CT/Common Public Procurement Dictionary (CPV): - Package No. I: 33696000-5 Detailed description of the item the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Delivery will be at the Contractor's risk and expense. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the offer to read the ToR and annexes, including the prepared draft contract, and to obtain all information necessary for proper preparation of the offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, but without the possibility of submitting partial offers within a given package. Part of the Order constitutes the individual package as a whole.Otherwise the offer for a given package will be rejected.
