Tender Details

Delivery of consumables for research for InLife III 1. The subject of the order is the supply of consumable materials for scientific research conducted at the InLife Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The ordering party did not allow the submission of partial offers in the procedure due to the uniform subject of the contract. Each Contractor may submit one offer. 2. Offered consumables i laboratory accessories must meet the requirements in terms of dimensions, type of material, and additional parameters described in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The laboratory materials offered must be approved for marketing in the Republic of Poland or the EU. 3. The Contractor delivers the products with attached safety data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the delivered products with the SWZ. 4. Date of the warranty granted (expiration date) for products cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the method of reporting complaints in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The contract with the Contractor will be concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of signing.
