Delivery of consumables for research for InLife II, part 1 Delivery of consumables for research for InLife II, part 2 Delivery of consumables for research for InLife II, part 3 Delivery of consumables for research purposes InLife II, part 4 1. The subject of the order is the supply of consumable materials for scientific research conducted at the InLife Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the offer forms - Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ. The ordering party allowed the submission of partial offers in the procedure - 4 parts. Each Contractor may submit one offer for a given part. The Contractor does not limit the number of parts for which the Contractor may submit an offer. 2. Materials offered consumables and laboratory accessories must meet the requirements in terms of dimensions, type of material, and additional parameters described in the offer forms - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The offered laboratory materials must be admitted to trading on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland or the EU. 3. The Contractor delivers the products with attached safety data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming compliance of the delivered products with the SWZ. 4. Deadline the warranty (expiry date) granted for the products cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.
