Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the supply of consumables for the Prismaflex renal replacement therapy device for the needs of the Multispecialty Hospital in Inowrocaw, within 12 months from the date of signing the contract.2) Duration of the order specified for 12 months may be extended by the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party does not use the quantity of the product specified in the subject of the contract.3) The quantities given in Annex No. 2 constitute estimated annual consumption and may be reduced by up to 20%. unused quantity, does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to fully implement it, nor does it constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue compensation claims for failure to use the maximum value of the order.4) Without excluding the application of the provision paragraph 3, the Buyer reserves the right to change both the items in a given package and the assortment between packages up to 50% in relation to the quantity specified in Annex 2, while maintaining the prices specified in this Annex.
