The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ (assortment and price form). Required deadline for partial deliveries: 4 business days from placing the order. Minimum shelf life of the product: 9 months from the date of delivery. The ordering party will be obliged to use at least 75% of the value gross of the awarded contract.
