Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new consumables for computer printers and multifunction devices (hereinafter also referred to as consumables or materials), original or equivalent to the original ones.2. Detailed list containing models of devices used by the Ordering Party and the quantities of consumables for the devices can be found in the Price Form.3. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order within: from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 6 consecutive months, subject to the deadline for exercising the option right referred to in point 8 of the SWZ. The Contractor will deliver a maximum of 3 parts during the term of the contract, based on a single order placed by the Ordering Party's representative. Subject covered a single (partial) order will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the individual order by the Contractor. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ and its annexes.
