1. The subject of this contract is the successive delivery of construction timber defined hereinafter as "the assortment", intended for the 25th Military Economic Division, with delivery and unloading to places indicated by the Ordering Party within a distance of greater than 150 km from 25 WOG (ul. Kawaleryjska 70, Białystok) voivodeship Podlasie. Accurate delivery locations and unloading of the goods will be indicated to the Contractor by the Ordering Party in the notification. 2. The contractor bears full responsibility during the delivery civil law for any damages incurred to third parties due to improper delivery, and also assumes responsibility for difficulties in traveling on roads with tonnage restrictions.
