Task No. 1 Delivery of materials for the repair of external and internal communication routes1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework contracts for the supply of construction materials, hereinafter referred to as the assortment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No 3A-3D to SWZ (as appropriate to the task) and Chapter. XIX SWZ.3. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor.4. The Ordering Party shall indicate in the offer the Contractor the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors, as well as the names of possible Subcontractors, if they are already known.
