Delivery of a confocal microscope with super-resolution imaging for the Institute of Biophysics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, v. v. i. The subject of the public order is the supply of a complete inverted super-resolution fluorescence microscopy system designed for advanced imaging live and fixed cells. The system must be equipped with a high-speed spinning disk confocal unit and super-resolution technology enabling increased spatial resolution while maintaining the ability to image living cells. A microscope system will be used especially for research into the organization of the cell nucleus, chromatin, DNA repair, protein complexes and the dynamics of cellular processes. The scope of performance also includes the supply of accessories and related infrastructure, installation, training and service.
