1. The subject of the order is the delivery of concrete products indicated in the tables below in 2026. The term delivery should be understood as: concrete product or unsorted aggregate, its transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Osieczna Commune and unloading. Deliveries of concrete products will be made in accordance with successive arrangements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor for the delivery of individual products. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor seven days in advance about the need for a particular assortment. The contractor is obliged to ensure: - delivery of aggregate by means of transport with a capacity not exceeding 16 tons, - delivery of concrete at a time not more than 4 m3. Concrete products cannot come from demolitions, they must be brand new. The order has been divided into 2 part: Part 1: Trylinka o gr. 12 cm side 20 cm 62, 500 pcs. Road curb 100x30x15 cm 5, 300 pcs. Concrete B-10 600 m3 Unsorted aggregate (sand) 4, 000 tPart 2: Concrete edge 6x20x100 cm 850 pcs. Gray cubes 10x20x6 cm 2 400 m2Contractors may submit offers for each part.
