The subject of the order is the supply of concrete according to the price form as part of task 43 994 Nowa Dęba. THE APPLICATION FORM must be sent no later than June 23, 2026. until 22:00 directly on the shopping platform using from the Make an offer tab. After sending the application form, the documentation of the procedure will be sent at a later date. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to invite a contractor who is a party to a previously concluded procurement contract(s) of the Ordering Party, within the scope of which the contract has been terminated, the contract has been withdrawn, the execution of the contract has not commenced or contractual penalties have been charged fulfillment of a significant obligation inconsistent with the provisions of the procurement contract, substitute performance in the scope of removing defects in the subject of the contract was entrusted to a third party at the expense of the Guarantor, either party filed a lawsuit against the other side.
