Delivery of a computing server for data and computationally intensive analyses The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a computer server for data and computationally intensive analyses, which will be intended especially for the analysis of large-scale data in the field of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and structural biology and application of artificial intelligence methods. The server will enable the efficient running of algorithms for whole-genome assembly (de novo assembly), sequencing read mapping, variant calling, reconstruction of gene networks, expression analysis and transcriptome, processing of large proteomic datasets or deep learning modeling (e.g. structure prediction, classification of patterns from microscopy). Next, analysis of image data from confocal microscopes or AI tools for automated recognition structures and prediction of function of biomolecules.
