Tender Details

Supply of computer equipment 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a computing cluster, a computer set and a graphics card, specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Price Form) and in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ). 2. The Ordering Party divided the procedure into 3 parts, each of which will be assessed separately. The subject of the order in individual parts includes: Part 1: Delivery of the computing cluster (central unit + monitor); Part 2: Delivery computer set; Part 3: Graphics card delivery; 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the Option Right in part 1 of the subject of the order in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law: a) "negative option", i.e. the possibility of resigning from part of the implementation subject of the order (failure to provide individual deliveries). The scope of the subject of the order may be reduced by a maximum of 40% of the total value of the expected deliveries. The ordering party guarantees 60% of the order fulfillment. If used by Ordering Party under the "Negative" Option Right, the amount of the Remuneration may be reduced by a maximum of 40%, i.e. the Contractor will receive remuneration for the execution of the contract in an amount equal to at least 60% of the Remuneration. For this reason, the Contractor is not entitled to claims. b) "positive option", i.e. the possibility of increasing the implementation of part of the subject of the contract (awarding additional supplies).
