The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - hereinafter referred to as PZP, in an open tender procedure with estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law) based on Art. 138 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is co-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) under Measure 2.3 Digital Lubelskie Voivodeship in health care, Priority II Economic and digital transformation of the region - European Funds for Lubelskie Program 2021-2027 and funds from the Budget of the Lublin Voivodeship under the project: entitled "Development of digital infrastructure and ICT to improve the quality of health care in WSzS in Biała Podlaska", project number: FELU.02.03-IZ.00-0023/25.
