Detailed description the subject of the contract was specified in the Specification of the terms of the contract SWZ, the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject matter of the order, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the environment, services provided or accompanying solutions, included: •ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018. on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of security states; •ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supply as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of July 5, 2018. on the national cybersecurity system, nor ICT services or ICT processes set out in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law.
