Delivery of computer software - license for office packages 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer software - a license for office packages. 2. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused and never activated before on other computers and must come from the official and legal distribution channel of the software manufacturer. 3. The description of the subject of the order (abbreviated as OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. 4.Designed the provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be included in the content of the contract (abbreviated: PPU), are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5.
