Delivery of computer sets for the Department of Human Physiology (DZP.25/27/2026) 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 60 computer sets for the Department of Human Physiology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (also called OPZ). 3. The order is being implemented as part of the Project Development Plan entitled: "Modernization and equipment of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies - University Medical in Lublin' implemented as part of the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resilience, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", which is an element of Investment D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to modernization and retrofitting teaching facilities and increasing the number of people taking up medical studies" under Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0023/24/KPO/1206/2025/99 and Annex No. 1 and own contribution 4. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer the latest information as at the date of submission of offers declaration of not being subject to exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 5.
