Tender Details

Delivery of computer sets and monitors The subject of the order is the supply of computer sets and monitors in accordance with the provisions of the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ). 1. The contractor is obliged to: delivery: 1) 65 pieces of computer sets consistent with the content of the OPZ; 2) 45 pieces of monitors consistent with the content of OPZ 2. The Contractor undertakes to provide equipment that is brand new, of full value and manufactured in accordance with applicable standards and standards. 3. The contractor will deliver the equipment within 45 days from the date of signing the contract. 4. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered item for a minimum of 36 months. The period of the warranty provided by the Contractor is one of the evaluation criteria offers in the proceedings in question. The maximum warranty period for the supplied equipment included in the evaluation of offers is 60 months. 5. The Equipment offered on the day of signing the Equipment Acceptance Protocol cannot be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sales. 6. The contractor is obliged to: 1) delivery of the Equipment that is the subject of the contract: a) to the building of the Marshal's Office in Lublin, ul.
