Tender Details

Delivery of computer servers for the IT Center of the University of Gdańsk. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer servers, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the IT Center of the University of Gdańsk. 2.Common Classification Code Procurement Dictionary (CPV): 48822000-6 (computer servers). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 6 to SWZ. 4. Place of equipment delivery: University of Gdańsk, IT Center, ul. prof. Maria Janion 7, 80-309 Gdańsk. 5. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 36 months. Warranty details included are in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 6. If anywhere in the SWZ, including in the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, the standards referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 Pzp, it should be understood that such an indication is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" and the Ordering Party allows offering solutions equivalent to those described. Under the concept of equivalence it should be understood that equivalent solutions will guarantee the implementation of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and will ensure that the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - are met to an equivalent extent.
