Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of office software. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in: Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ for Part II, which is also a technical and price form, which must be completed correctly. Price items will enable the Ordering Party to check the correctness of the price calculation and correcting obvious accounting errors, if any. The subject of the order for Part II must meet the following requirements1) 1) It is authorized by the software manufacturer to grant a license;2) The license cannot impose on the Ordering Party additional fees related to the implementation of the subject order;3) Granting the Ordering Party the right to use the software indefinitely and must include the right to independent, free installation and the right to update;4) The Ordering Party must provide the end user of the subject of the order at the stage of signing the contract, 5) licenses must allow for free transfer between workstations (e.g. in the event of replacement or damage to equipment), 6) Licenses must include the right to (for a period of at least 4 years) free installation of updates made available by the software manufacturer, correct...
