Computer equipment Wall printer 1. The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase, transport and delivery) of computer equipment to the workshops of the State Construction Schools - School Complex in Bytom. 2. The proceedings were divided into two parts: Part 1 - Computer equipment 1) A detailed description of the subject of the order, including technical parameters for Part 1 of the procedure, is included in the Description of the subject of the contract - constituting Annex No. 1 to this ToR. 2) Detailed terms of order execution for Part 1 contain the draft provisions of the contract - constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3) The Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 24-month warranty for the delivered subject matter of the contract, under the conditions specified in the PPU. Warranty for the delivered subject matter of the contract The contractor offers in the "Offer" form (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). The contractor may offer to extend the warranty period for the delivered subject matter of the contract, which is the criterion for evaluating the "X2" offers (see: part XVII, point 1.2.
