The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of State Administration Units. 2. Detailed description the subject of the order and the method of its implementation were specified respectively in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the framework agreement and in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the executive agreement. 3. The contracting authority may invalidate the public procurement procedure if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 4. Ordering Party determined the estimated number of the ordered subject matter only for the purposes of valuing the offers submitted by the Contractors, which will then be used to develop a ranking of the submitted offers. 5. The framework agreement - in each part - will include the entire product range listed in the submitted offers, i.e. each Unit will be able to purchase any equipment specified in the Technical Specification constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ during the term of the framework agreement. 6. Whenever in the content of the SWZ, including the Technical Specification, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the subject of the order has been described by indicating standards, trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer...
