Part No. 1 - Workstations with accessories Part No. 2 - Kit for compiling and testing mobile applications 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment to the ordering party's headquarters, in accordance with the ordering party's requirements specified in Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order (Part IV of the SWZ). The order was divided into the following parts: Part No. 1 - Workstations with accessories, Part No. 2 - Kit for compiling and testing mobile applications. 2.Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ, where, in accordance with Art. 99 section 6 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority indicated the criteria used to assess equivalence. 3.Contractor is obliged to provide the ordering party with a quality guarantee under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty requirements are specified in Part III of the SWZ. 4. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order in its original packaging, unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production. 5. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties. 6.The delivered subject matter of the order must come from the distribution channel of the non-exclusive manufacturer...
