Tender Details

1) The order covers the supply of computer equipment for the needs of: a) part 1 of the order for the Special Educational Center in Wschowa. The subject of the order for part 1 includes the supply of computer equipment for the educational institution. Therefore, when calculating the price, Art. 83 section 1 point 26 letter a) while maintaining the conditions referred to in sections 13-15 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services. The Ordering Party confirms that in relation to the awarded order in part 1, the conditions arising from the VAT Act will be met, authorizing the application of a preferential VAT rate 0%.2) The computer equipment must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2024 and must come from an authorized distribution channel.3) The delivered operating systems must be brand new, unused and never previously activated on another device and come from a legal source of sale.4) The ordering party requires that the software be delivered with appropriate legal attributes provided by the manufacturer, for example with the so-called GML stickers (Geniune Microsoft Label) or COA stickers (Certificate of Authenticity) used by produ...
