1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 5 parts: Part 1: Server Devices 1 Part 2: Network Devices 1 Part 3: Server devices 2 Part 4: Network Devices 2 Part 5: Uninterruptible power supply 3. The description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is specified in detail in Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in detail in the design provisions of the contract (template contracts), which constitute Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 5. The Ordering Party reserves that it may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify them subjective of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings - in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law. 6. In cases where trademarks, symbols, patents, origin, source or specific process are indicated in the order documents, characterizing specific products or services provided by a specific Contractor, which would lead to the preference or elimination of certain Contractors or products, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner and this is justified by the specificity of the subject matter of the contract.
