Tender Details

1) The order covers the supply of computer equipment for the needs of the District Office in Wschowa. 2) The equipment must be new, manufactured no earlier than 2025, and from an official authorized distribution. 3) Provided operating systems and software they must be brand new, unused and never previously activated on another device and come from a legal source of sale. 4) The ordering party requires that the software be delivered with appropriate legal attributes provided by the manufacturer, for example from the so-called GML stickers (Geniune Microsoft Label) or COA stickers (Certificate of Authenticity) used by the equipment manufacturer or another form of authentication required by the software manufacturer, depending on the version provided. 5) In the case of a hologram sticker of the operating system containing the product key, it must be protected against the possibility of reading the key using the security measures used by the manufacturer. 6) The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of verification the originality of the supplied computer programs from the software manufacturer in the event of any doubts as to...
